My eyes excitedly wander to the presents underneath the tree,
I have been waiting for forever to find out what they will be.
But I must wait until Christmas to be surprised,
The presents are a taunting sight to both of my eyes.
And when Christmas finally comes I am in a state of joy,
I gleefully tear open the wrapping paper of all of my toys.
They are never ending invitations of fun,
And I love each and every single toy a ton.
This is one of the many aspects of Christmas,
Receiving presents and showing your gratefulness.
