Thank you for all that you do for me,
To have you as my mother I am pleased.
Being a mother is the hardest job of all,
The time that you have spent taking care of me is not small.
When I am sad you put a smile on my face,
When I am hungry you cook me food to taste.
I appreciate all of your hard work,
And how you take care of me when I am hurt.
So this day is to celebrate how good you are at being a mom,
How even at the most stressful times you manage to stay aplomb.
