If We Could Fly

The thought of being able to fly gives us jitters,
Moving loosely in the air like critters.
Flying would be so cool,
We could use it as a form of transportation to and from school.

It would be great after work,

Especially to relax if your boss is a jerk.
We could fly in the endless blue sky,
And we would be able to choose if we wanted to go low or high.
It would be possible to get a bird's-eye view of the Earth,
From luscious green rain forests to the gnarly waves where people surf. 
It's way too wonderful to be true,
If only we could fly high in a sky that is blue.
So let's close our eyes and imagine ourselves with wings,
Flying in the sky and relaxing like kings.
